Do you ship?

Yes we ship our live plants to anywhere in Canada!

What couriers do you use for Canada-wide shipping?

We use Canada Post Xpresspost (now replaced by Purolator Express), FedEx and UPS.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, we offer local pick up in Aurora, Ontario. Our pick up schedule is updated on a weekly basis and it can be found on our home page: http://planthaventoronto.com/

Can I reschedule pick up for another date?

Preferably, we wish that everyone can follow our pick up schedule but we understand things come up. Please email us directly at planthaventoronto@gmail.com or message us on Messenger app if you require a time that better suits your needs. Keep in mind that there will always be another pick up date for the following week!

Do you deliver?

We are proudly partnered with local plant delivery company, Plantrunz Inc. Their delivery covers all areas of GTA and a majority of Southeastern Ontario. If you wish to use their services, purchase your order using the "pick up" option and note "Plantrunz" at checkout. For payment, pricing and bookings, please contact Plantrunz on Instagram or email them directly at plantrunz@gmail.com. 

How soon will I receive my order?

With the current situation of Covid-19, we anticipate delays with our couriers.  As a result, we are upgrading all orders to arrive sooner than estimated - usually it will arrive to you in 1-2 days.

We ship only on Mondays of every week. If for any reason that you can not receive your order, it will be held to ship for the following week Monday. Please contact us if you need to postpone your order.

I have already made an order. Can I add additional plants to the order?

Absolutely! In our checkout page, we have a "combine order" function where you can add additional plants to your order. If we ever require more funds for shipping, we will notify you of a balance owing prior to shipping your order. 

When will you have more of a specific plant? If so, can I pre-order it and have it reserved?

Many varieties of plants that we carry have tremendous demand and we only have a few to go around. Most varieties are imported and further grown by us here in Canada. Some varieties of our sale collection may be supplied from local growers.

Ultimately, with the high demand and limited quantities, we operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. For future releases and updates, please keep us followed on our social media pages to stay informed.

Can I pay using cash?

To keep our transactions streamlined, all sales are to be made through our website. We do not accept cash.

Can I have a discount?

All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Many times throughout the year we will hold sale promotions.
