Do you ship?
Yes we ship our live plants to anywhere in Canada, United States, and United Kingdom. We ship Canadian and UK orders once every week and US Orders every two weeks. Our next ship dates are always posted in the top banner of our website.
What couriers do you use for shipping?
Canada - UPS / Purolator Express (1-2 business days transit)
US - USPS Priority (1-3 business days transit)
UK - Fedex International Express (2-4 business days transit)
Do you have a return policy?
We are proud to offer our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for each and every order. If there are any issues regarding your plants upon arrival, please let us know right away and we will do our best to help! For additional details, please visit our refund policy page.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, we offer local pick up in Innisfil, Ontario. Simply create an order and select "local pick up" at checkout. We will send you a confirmation when your order is ready for pick up!
Can I reschedule my pick up for another date?
Preferably, we wish that everyone can follow our pick up schedule but we understand things come up. Please email us directly at planthaventoronto@gmail.com or message us on Messenger app if you require a time that better suits your needs. Keep in mind that there will always be another pick up date for the following week!
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders ship on Monday and Tuesday every week. Most orders arrive in 1-2 days after shipment confirmation is received via email.
We always plan ahead and anticipate any delays with our couriers regardless if there are holiday delays or weather related events (colder months December-March). As a result, we often cover upgraded shipping charges in order to make sure that orders arrive sooner than estimated.
If for any reason that you can not receive your order, it will be held to ship for the next following ship out date. Please contact us if you require to postpone your order.
I have already made an order. Can I add additional plants to the order?
Absolutely! In our checkout page, we have a "combine order" function where you can add additional plants to your order. If we require additional funds for shipping, you will be notified via email with the balance owing prior to the shipment of your order.
The plants that I want are sold out. How do I purchase them?
Please inbox us of which plants you are interested in. We may have inventory that is not uploaded to our website just yet and we would be more than happy to make those available to you.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Please email planthaventoronto@gmail.com to inquire.
