Do you ship?

Yes we ship our live plants to anywhere in Canada and United States.

What couriers do you use for shipping?

We use Canada Post Xpresspost (now replaced by Purolator Express), UPS, and USPS.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, we offer local pick up in Innisfil, Ontario. Our pick up schedule is updated on a weekly basis and it can be found in the top banner of our home page.

Can I reschedule my pick up for another date?

Preferably, we wish that everyone can follow our pick up schedule but we understand things come up. Please email us directly at or message us on Messenger app if you require a time that better suits your needs. Keep in mind that there will always be another pick up date for the following week!

Do you offer local delivery?

We are proudly partnered with our local plant delivery company, Plantrunz Inc. Their delivery covers all areas of GTA and a majority of Southeastern Ontario. If you wish to use their services, purchase your order using the "pick up" option and note "Plantrunz" at checkout. How soon will I receive my order?

Orders ship on Monday and Tuesday every week. We do not ship on weeks that include holidays to avoid shipping delays. Most orders arrive in 1-2 days after shipment confirmation is received via email.

We always plan ahead and anticipate any delays with our couriers, whether it be Covid-19 or weather related (colder months December-March). As a result, we often cover upgraded shipping charges in order to make sure that orders arrive sooner than estimated. 

If for any reason that you can not receive your order, it will be held to ship for the next following ship out date. Please contact us if you need to postpone your order.

I have already made an order. Can I add additional plants to the order?

Absolutely! In our checkout page, we have a "combine order" function where you can add additional plants to your order. If we require additional funds for shipping, you will be notified via email with the balance owing prior to the shipment of your order.

The plants that I want are sold out. How do I purchase them?

Please inbox us of which plants you are interested in. We sometimes have inventory that is not uploaded to our website just yet and we would be more than happy to make those available to you.
